REALTOR® · Born & raised in Londonderry, NH · REAL Broker, LLC

Born and raised in New Hampshire. Here to guide you home — at your pace, on your terms.

I came to real estate the long way — through social work, helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Buying or selling a home is one of those moments, and I treat it that way: patient, honest, and never pushy.

What working with me feels like

Someone in your corner — who's actually done this himself and has been through the process.

01

I've been in your shoes

You'll be working with someone who's actually sat at the closing table as both the buyer and the seller — personally bought, sold, rented, and managed property right here in southern NH. That means real understanding of how the process feels, not just how it's supposed to go.

02

A true local

Born and raised in Londonderry, with nearly an entire life spent in New Hampshire — the towns, the schools, the commutes, and the neighborhoods, understood the way only a local can.

03

You're a person, not a deal

You set the pace. You get the honest answer, even when it's "let's wait." And your call gets picked up — because this work is about helping people and building lifelong relationships.

04

A finance degree most agents don't have

Master's degree in Finance — so I read the numbers behind a sale the way few agents can: pricing it right, negotiating hard, and knowing what a home truly costs you over time. That's sharper strategy on your side, and fewer expensive surprises down the road.

My story

I came to real estate through helping others — and I never left that behind.

"Buying or selling a home is one of the most personal — and scariest — decisions you'll ever make, and often the biggest financial one. You deserve someone who guides you, informs you, and points you in the right direction — so you feel safe about every choice along the way."

New Hampshire has been home for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Londonderry, then studying at Keene State and Plymouth State and living in both towns along the way, built a feel for this state you only get from actually living across it — the mountains, the coast, a city within an hour, and a quiet street to come home to. Somewhere in those years came the certainty that this was where I wanted to raise a family of my own.

That first step into real estate wasn't a strategy — it was personal. A multifamily home in Nashua became more than a property: a place where people rebuilding their lives could find stability and get back on their feet. That was my social work degree at work, doing what matters most to me — helping others find their potential. After three years, the time came to sell it and turn the page to what was next.

That same pull is what led me back to school. A Master's in Finance from the Paul College at UNH followed — earned not to chase numbers, but to make sure the people on the other side of a sale have someone who truly understands what's at stake.

Settling down meant a deliberate choice: a duplex in Derry, chosen because it was exactly where raising a family made sense — a town anchored by one of the area's strongest school systems. Living there opened another door, too. A seat on Derry's Zoning Board of Adjustment became a real education in how zoning law actually works — from state statute down to the municipal level — the rules that quietly shape what can and can't be done with a property.

Recently, life came full circle — back to Londonderry, the town where it all began. A new seat on the town's Planning Board carries that same work forward: helping the town grow in a direction that truly serves the people who live here. New Hampshire isn't just a market to me — it's home, and your move will get treated that way too.

Where I work

Rooted in New Hampshire, at home anywhere in it.

Born and raised in Londonderry, with roots from the Seacoast in Durham to the Lakes Region and the Monadnock area — and licensed across the state. New Hampshire is small enough to truly know. No matter where you're looking to buy or sell, the homework gets done: the market, the schools, the neighborhoods, studied and ready before we ever walk a property together. Wherever in New Hampshire you're headed, you'll get the same full effort and the same straight answers every step of the way.
